AC Sport (Alpha Control Sport) supplies custom teamwear and branded workwear and is based in Derry, Northern Ireland. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

When you ask for a quote using the form on this website, we collect:

• your name and club or business name
• your email address and/or phone number
• what you need, the rough quantity, when you need it and any message you write
• any crest, logo or other file you upload

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we also receive whatever you send us there. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare your design mock-up and quote
• make and deliver your order if you go ahead
• keep the business and accounting records we're required to keep

We will never sell your information, and we won't send you marketing without your permission.

Under UK data protection law we use your information because you've asked us for a quote (steps before a contract), to carry out your order (performing a contract), because it's in our legitimate interests to run and improve our business, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.

We only share your information with services that help us run the website and handle enquiries:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes quote requests from the website to our email inbox
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver and protect it
• Lovable, which serves some of the images on this website
• if we use a manufacturing or embroidery partner to make your order, they receive only the crest and order details needed to make your kit

Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it under their own data protection safeguards.

If your enquiry doesn't lead to an order, we keep it for up to 2 years and then delete it. If you place an order, we keep order records for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. We may keep your crest or logo file so we can handle reorders quickly; just ask if you'd like it deleted.

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. To do any of these, email alphacontrol96@gmail.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
